I was very disappointed in the Customer Service after purchasing two Plasma Televisions from The Buzz Shop. One of the TV's had a vibration/sound problem when the volume was turned up to mid-range. I called and talked to Andy over the phone and expressed my concern. He wanted me to do some troubleshooting to see if it was certain channels that caused the problem, which I did. I then called him twice on his cell phone, left messages but was ignored, no call back from Andy or a technician. The Buzz Shop will take your money, but they don't know you after the sale is made!
