They dont have a clue
Reviewer: Art
I paid these clowns $250 to install a remote starter to my wifes truck. We took it home, and the next day it wouldnt start. I charged it up and it started and took it back to AE, and they said it was nothing they did.
The battery couldnt hold a charge so we took it to the dealer who told us it was a flat battery and that they couldnt work out what caused it. They assumed the battery was defective and changed it. The next day the same thing happens. I charged it up again, took it back to AE and they discovered that they had used a defective part. After waiting and waiting, my wife got fed up and told them to remove it. They did, and a few weeks later i asked them to install it into another vehcle of mine and they wanted another $250.
It was never installed the first time right, so i will be damned if im paying another $250 if they couldn't get it right the first time.
And they butchered the unit up so badly when they removed it (they pretty much cut the wires and pulled it out) that we couldnt use this expensive unit again (cost $400).
I wouldnt let these clowns clean a CD let alone install anything in my vehcles ever again.

Always A 1 Service

I've taken my car in several times over the years for upgrades and they've even trouble shooted problems on equipment that other shops installed.
Gr8 service that is seldom found these days!!!

Pro Service
Reviewer: Dani
I've had Audio Einsteins work on my Tacoma several times, for installation of speakers and components, and a year later for remote start and security system. Any time I had a question or problem, I called the store and I was able to fix anything i had a question about, very personable and professional people. Plus, they gave us free air fresheners, very cool.

why didnt you take it back to them, and ask them to check it out, before you spent more money at another shop to get it checked out??? just wondering...

Very unsatisfied
Reviewer: Tundra man
I took my 2007 Tundra to Audio Einsteins and asked them to install an automatic start feature. It all worked fine at first but not even a week later the doors did not unlock with the remote, I had to use the keys. Then I started smelling plastic melting, so took it to to a different audio place down the street and they found out that the people at Audio Einsteins missed wires and that they also used a 30 amp fuse instead of a 7.5 amp fuse. I was told that I am lucky my new truck did not catch on fire - they found burnt wires in the wiring. I will never go back to Audio Einsteins ever again.
